1. Our Services

  • Optional waste removal from the premises (where available)

All waste is carefully collected and handled using sanitary equipment. Specific service details will be confirmed at the time of booking.


2. Property Access & Pet Safety

To ensure safe and efficient service:

  • Dogs must be secured indoors during our visit
  • Yards must be accessible (unlocked gates, clear pathways) at the scheduled service time
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining secure gates and fencing

If we are unable to safely access or service the property, the visit may be skipped and charges may still apply.


3. Scheduling & Service Visits

  • Service days are scheduled based on route efficiency and may vary slightly week to week
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes
  • Missed visits due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or weather may be rescheduled at our discretion


4. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on factors such as number of dogs, and service frequency
  • Payments may be billed per visit or on a recurring basis, depending on your plan
  • Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension


5. Weather Policy

Our services operate in most weather conditions; however:

  • Visits may be postponed during severe weather (e.g., heavy snowstorms, extreme cold, or hazardous conditions)
  • In winter conditions, some waste may be hidden under snow and addressed during future visits or spring cleanup
  • Missed services due to weather will be rescheduled when possible


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with your service:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your visit
  • We will return to address the issue or discuss an appropriate resolution


7. Health & Sanitation

We follow strict hygiene practices to protect both pets and people:

  • Equipment is cleaned and disinfected regularly
  • We take precautions to prevent cross-contamination between properties
  • Waste is handled and disposed of in accordance with local regulations


8. Cancellations & Service Changes

  • We require advance notice for cancellations or service changes (typically 24–48 hours)
  • Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee
  • Ongoing services may be paused or canceled with 15 days notice


9. Liability

While we take great care during service:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions or hazards (e.g., holes, debris, sharp objects)
  • We are not liable for waste that is not visible due to overgrowth, snow, or other obstructions
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining safe property conditions


10. Privacy

We respect your privacy:

  • Personal information is collected only for service delivery, billing, and communication
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations
