  • How much does it cost?

    Weekly service starts at $22.99/visit for one dog (waste left bagged in your bin) or $27.99/visit if you'd like us to haul it off your property. Bi-weekly and monthly plans are also available — see our pricing section for full details.

  • Do I need to be home?

    No. Most clients give us gate access (or a code) and never need to be home. We'll text you when we arrive and when we leave so you always know we were there.

  • Where do my dogs need to be during service?

    Indoors. For everyone's safety — your dog's, our team's, and your property's — we ask that all dogs be secured inside the home during our visit. This prevents accidental escapes and lets us work quickly. No exceptions.

  • What happens to the waste after pickup?

    By default, we bag it in heavy-duty waste bags and leave it neatly in your trash bin. If you'd prefer not to deal with it at all, add our haul-off option for $5/visit and we'll take it off your property entirely.

  • What if it rains or snows?

    We come anyway. Light rain, snow, summer heat — we work through it. The only exception is severe weather (lightning, ice storms), in which case we reschedule for the next available day at no extra cost.

  • Do you have a contract?

    Yes. Service is contract-based, which lets us guarantee your spot on the route and lock in your pricing. You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice — no penalty fees, no hassle.

  • Do you service my area?

    We currently serve Stittsville, ON and Kanata, ON. Pop your postal code into the signup form to confirm — if we don't cover your specific street yet, we'll add you to the waitlist and notify you when we expand.
